CS103 Computer Methods (3 Credit Hours)
This course is an introduction to computer fundamentals, concept application and theory. Topics covered will include language generations, algorithms, networking, multimedia, database, security, ethics and operating systems. Learning objectives for this course are to be able to differentiate between programming languages, understand hardware and software compatibility issues, grasp background processes that allow computers to function, understand relational database organization, and how operating systems control the overall framework of a system. An additional fee is associated with this course.
